Mrs. Crow believes that Catholic education has played a vital role in her own academic background, having attended Catholic school from elementary school to graduate school. She feels that Catholic school provides students an environment that is both academically and spiritually enrichening. Mrs. Crow is a graduate of St. John Eudes and Louisville High School. In 2015, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Portland. Mrs. Crow has gained classroom experience in both the Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten classrooms, while working as a teacher’s assistant for almost four years. This experience provided her the opportunity to work with students in developing early literacy skills. While working as a teacher’s assistant, she earned her Master’s degree in Education and Multiple Subject Credential at Mount Saint Mary’s University, which provided her with the tools needed to empower diverse learners and to facilitate a responsive classroom.

Mrs. Crow is thrilled to teach Kindergarten at St. Cyril! She finds joy in being part of student growth.  She is a firm believer in encouraging the growth mind-set in her classroom and building student confidence in their own abilities. Mrs. Crow aims to create a positive and nurturing environment where students feel supported in their learning. She is passionate about promoting a culture of kindness inside of her classroom.
